I was so pleased with the new hygienist. Honestly the last one made me feel beyond anxious and have been looking for a new dentist. When I went to my new appointment today the hygienist was so kind. She cleaned my teeth so well. And i did not bleed one single bit. The last hygienist would have my mouth full of blood and i would be in so much pain. I hope this new one is the permanent one. Furthermore the receptionist was lovely, they always are anyway.

Dentist and her colleague were very professional second visit with these 2 ladies looking forward to next appointment thank you ladies. 10/10

All staff were very friendly and helpful. They are also very patient . As I myself am not very quick to pick up on instructions .

I find it really annoying that every single time I come on time for an appointment the dentist is always running at least ten minutes late. Even when I had a 9am appointment once he wasn’t even there when I turned up. I feel this needs to be addressed as people have busy lives and other appointments/commitments that they have to attend.

Receptionist very informative & pleasant Mr Khan explained the procedures step by step which I found very reassuring as I tend to panic on dentist appointments I had a couple of fillings with no problems as usual. Very pleased with my todays appointment

I would like to say the reception staff and dentist lady and the support lady was quite welcoming and pleasant & easy to deal with everything was explained in detail and I found them to be very reassuring and helpful.

Such friendly and welcoming staff. So much more inviting than my previous dental practice. Would definitely recommend to others and would be happy to come back again.
