Everyone is really pleasant and friendly. Excellent service, from initial contact, to discussions / options and the treatment itself. If it makes sense to say this, it's a pleasure to be one of your patients and to go there.

Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Appointment was on time. My dentist was great. Highly professional and explained everything clearly to me. Very satisfied with my treatment.

Very helpful reception staff and an excellent dentist. It’s a pity that bookings after the end of January cannot be made for fillings that are needed and identified by the checkup. Its also a pity that the practice cancelled my appointment 6 months ago and would not allow a new appointment to be made within the following 6 months.

Staff all wonderful, as always! Let’s be honest, no one likes going to the dentist… but I’d rather go to this one than any other!!

Diabolical snow and ice morning but the practice was operating totally normally whilst all schools were closed and travel difficult,so well done all the staff??

Greeted by friendly receptionist. Change of address was done efficiently. Dental nurse came to waiting room to escort me to surgery on time, friendly and professional dentist who explained clearly what was happening, taking X rays and scale and polish.

Care was taken to make me feel comfortable with the process. Frequent stops to check I was ok. Explanations given when issues were discovered - followed by clear instructions about how to amend my own hygiene routine and brushing technique in order that I can attempt to reduce the build up of plaque (my particular problem). Came away able to once again feel the gap between my bottom middle teeth - hurrah - now I need to try to keep that gap free of plaque
