I have been with this practice ever since the retirement of the private dentist we had used where we lived before moving in to this area. I have always had a very good service from our dentist, who has looked after my teeth very well and he takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing and why. I feel very confident using his services.

I have nothing but praise for the entire team at Genix Care Dental Clinic in Cirencester. I have been a patient there since I moved to the Cotswolds. The dentist who I deal with is professional, kind, compassionate and knows what he is doing. I have had a few nasty experiences in the past with dentists (back in Africa )that have caused extreme pain but this has not been the case with my dentist. He is thorough but knows to stop if you put up your hand and indicate that you are experiencing discomfort in any way, he is always cheerful and makes conversation and answers your questions and puts you at ease when you are in the chair. I also like the fact that he will go through costing thoroughly with you so that there are no nasty surprises at the end of any treatment with excessive charges. I can't sing their praises enough, from the kind and cheerful receptionists who are always very professional to the lovely hygienist, everybody is just brilliant. I rave about this wonderful well-run practice to all who will listen. It was certainly a great find, discovering this gem of a practice in leafy picturesque Cirencester. Keep up the amazing work Genix Healthcare Dental Clinic (Cirencester).

I've used Genix in Cirencester for many years because of the quality of treatment and very friendly staff. I now live in Cheltenham but still use Genix in Cirencester - that says it all

Most of the reviews on this site are out of date and the practice has since changed. I signed up before the pandemic and had trouble during it. I managed to see them, and had my problem fixed. Since then, I have had one crown on the NHS and three implants done privately. The Head of the practise is a superb dentist and I have nothing but praise for him. He is also very gentle. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his staff. The service I have received far outshines any previous practice I have been to.

I have always found this practice to be very helpful and kind when I have had a problem with my teeth, from the receptionists on the front desk to the dentist and the dental nurses. I would thoroughly recommend this dental practice.

always a welcoming smile from reception and the dentists go above and beyond. I have never had a problem getting an appointment and feel the dentists all care about the health of my teeth and keep me informed of all treatments necessary

Twice over the last two years I have needed treatment, once for a lost filling and once to repair a broken tooth. On both occasions I was given an appointment with no hassle and the problems were fixed within a couple of days. So reassuring. My thanks to the whole team.
