Absolutely incredible service, from reception through to the dentist. Offered support and advice, kept me informed and followed up with me and did absolutely everything they could to fit me in for an emergency appointment and then fixed my problem! Incredibly grateful and cannot thank you all enough!

As a nervous patient the hygienist took her time to ensure I was settled before she explained what she was doing treatment wise. She constantly asked if I was ok throughout my appointment.

The dentist was friendly and approachable I personally would prefer not to be called in only by my first name I would prefer first and surname The reception area looks very grubby it needs a coat of paint

Excellent dentist who i wish had always been my dentist. She was firm but very kind and gave me excellent advice. I was able to nook the treatment I need easily and within a month. The practice sends a number of text reminders meaning that there is no excuse for forgetting an appointment or not cancelling one.

Received text message confirming appointment and a text message reminding me of date and time. Friendly and efficient receptionist. The dentist was very thorough, spent time actually looking in my mouth and asking questions. She went on to explain what she was doing and where I should be doing a better job cleaning. Advised when I needed to see hygienist and book a further check up.
