The dentist and nurse was amazing I was seen for an emergency truly felt valued ensuring I was seen prior to the Christmas break

The cleanliness & efficiency of the team. I would have rated excellent but found it quite difficult waiting 40mins after my scheduled appointment. However, the dentist himself was quick, reassuring, thorough. I am a bit put out that after turning my life around and coming off of heroin and now homed that if be able to get the bridge funded on NHS. I am having a plate but we can deal with it juzt a bit perturbed by it as you know its a good thing for me. Cannot believe how quick I have got a next appointment.. great dentist practice over all.

The kind and helpful dentist my daughter saw today. Very professional and put my daughter at ease. His assistant was just as goo too.

Receptionists are always welcoming. The Dentist is very nice and always makes you feel calm and at ease, no matter what procedure you’re having.

More clarity on the on line medical form, not sure what the yes/no buttons are relating yes change or no change? No context why filling in when thought was on my record. When i showed the receptionist have i filled in ok she said i think so, i hadnt and then the link couldn't be sent to me again.

The dentist and assistant were lovely and explained everything to myself and my daughter for both our appointments. The receptionist was very helpful and polite as well

Was nice to see the same dentist I saw 6 months ago, as previously they seem to change frequently. She was really helpful and polite and hope she’s there for my next check up in 6 months.
