I visited today 22/2/2024 to thus dentists. I have an appointment today at 12:30 pm. I am running late and I made a call that I will be late 10 mins. I arrived 12:35 and went to toilet. After toilet I went straight to dentist. When I enter the chamber dentist said you are late. She didn’t even listen to me she straight way told me out. She was very rude . I am paying for this service which I should not expect. She upset me and I feel like I am abuse. Could you please look into it. I am a professional interpreter as well if the customer service is like that how the other people getting this service. Could you please look into it.

My 4-year-old daughter had an appointment at which it was decided she had to be referred to a children's dental practice to remove her tooth as it had an infection. I call the practice two weeks later to check for updates as her infection is getting worse, only to find out that the referral application was not submitted! Such carelessness with cases and specially with children is unforgivable! I'm very disappointed and my daughter would have to go on antibiotics to cover for the 2 weeks delay with her case.

Receptionist are not giving the appointment where dentist asked to visit after Christmas and Receptionist is saying go to first hygienist as doctor can't see without this whereas I have got the message to visit for oral check up & received the message too. This is the quality of dentist here where I have paid 70 pounds which is valid for 3 months after the payment. Very upset. Who will decide about the treatment either patient or Doctor ? Who is Receptionist to decide ?

Very efficient friendly practice & clean surgery. Reasonable prices for NHS & private treatments. Waiting time is usually very short & friendly atmosphere. The professional attitude of the dental team is good.

I arrived for an appointment yesterday. I will admit that due to a variety of reasons including not have the funds due to job loss during Covid I hadn't had an appointment for 18 months. I was called in to the consulting room and the Nurse began by saying "you haven't been here for quite some time" I said "Oh yes Covid has caused a few problems." She then spent quite some time telling how they had been working all through lockdown and that I should have made an appointment sooner etc. If they were working I should made an effort! To my surprise the Dentist just sat there and let her. She was not welcoming in the least. I like a lot of people don't feel comfortable going to the dentist so being spoken to like a naughty school child didn't help matters.
