   I had a root canal procedure done in this practice recently. It turns the canal was not cleaned properly, and this was why the infection only got worse. I recommend avoiding this practice for procedures like this that require skill as it will just cause you to go to a specialist afterwards, I suggest going to a NHS dentist that has more experience and trust from the public to be competent in doing a root canal correctly, do this by reading reviews and researching the practice beforehand. The dentist and staff themselves lacked professionalism and the way they talked to patients as they personally did not talk to me with respect and politeness. They talked bluntly and snickered in front of me and looked at each other constantly, this made me feel extremely anxious and uncomfortable. Think about how this will make you feel as a patient going in for a check-up. I recommend avoiding this practice if you want to be treated like an actual person with respect. I have felt this almost every time I have gone to to an appointment with this practice so I only wonder if other patients get treated like this. Then again, this is only my personal and honest experience that I want other people to know about as a warning before registering to this dentist.
