I cannot thank all of the staff at Cassio dental practice, every single staff member is lovely and so very helpful. Never known a dentist to call later on in the afternoon to make sure I was ok after having a tooth out with her earlier that day. I travel nearly 80miles to this dental practice as struggled to find a dentist my way, but even now the miles mean nothing as this dentist, the staff and the service it provides is really above and beyond. I wouldn’t want to go to any other dentist now! Thank you all again.

I had already booked a check up appointment and two days before, a bad back tooth broke, leaving me without any pain. I was expecting to have to book another appointment to have the tooth extracted but was pleasantly surprised to find that the dentist could do it there and then. Having a dread of dentists, I had the extraction done and was talked through the whole procedure calmly and in detail before and after, with the dentist making sure I was ok before she let me go!

Cassio road dental practice is an excellent practice. The staff including the receptionists and dentists are incredibly professional and friendly. I’m very satisfied with my care.

As a very nervous patient I find visiting the dentist very stressful. Wow, I wish I had found these guys years ago. All the staff are calm, professional but friendly. The dentist was very understanding and gave great advice. Thank you for a positive experience :-)

Every time I visit the Hygienist I come away feeling happy. Happy with the whole experience, but particularly in the knowledge that my mouth is so much cleaner and nicer than it was when I went in.

I have bad anxiety when it comes to dentists. I hadn’t been in 7 years. The dental nurse I saw was beyond lovely and understanding. She took her time to explain everything and didn’t put any pressure on me.

Such a wonderful dentist, is able to be reassuring and gentle even when doing a tricky area. I had a number of fillings to be done in one session and even though I found one very difficult I was never made to feel like I was a bother and I felt very well cared for.

I had an appointment with the hygienist and she did another excellent job cleaning my teeth. I see her every 6 months and look forward to these appointments.
