Uninterested, careless and lack of communication in fact quite rude at times. Unable to supply hygienist for over a year which I need 3 monthly consequently my teeth suffered. Checkup post extraction cancelled as no longer taking NHS patients. All in all very shoddy behaviour.

  2. Review titled Beware Dental practice appalling for NHS patients

Getting appointments is ridiculous, 6/8 weeks for broken tooth, two of their dentists are apparently leaving this month, no idea of replacements, no faith in appointments which are frequently cancelled, reception staff atrocious with no idea of patients needs and complete lack of management in dealing with NHS patients. Despite the dentist wanting to take action asap to prevent tooth loss etc the practice simply cannot cope with their patient numbers and appts are only available at some distant future date, which cant be guaranteed, atrocious practice although if you get to see a dentist, they are generally good but have no control over appointment delays. too many NHS patients, not enough dentists apparently only working 2 days a week at this practice, 3 in total at present , not accepting new NHS patients which is a good thing. Under current management as NHS patient, avoid this practice at all costs. They even require a deposit on future treatment where an appt is 8/10 away and no guarantee the appt. wont be canacelled.
