I attended an emergency appointment today. The receptionist was helpful as was Dental Nurse and made me feel welcome The dentist who treated me was very friendly and re-assured me. He was professional and explained everything he was about to do Very happy with treatment and would recommend.

Exceptional service from arriving at the practice until departing after treatment. All members of staff were very polite and friendly and the dentist explained every step in the treatment prior to it being conducted.

With their help and guidance and the procedures required to ease the tooth pain and make arrangements for the removal of the tooth due to an infection they decided that a referral would be the best option. This was carried out with great success. I thank all staff members for their support

After a month and a half of enduring a lot of pain, I finally decided I needed a dentist. The receptionist was very kind on the phone and called me back, exactly as she said she would. Today I had an emergency appointment. The dentist and the dental nurse could not have been more helpful and reassuring. Treatment done very quickly and my teeth already feel much better. Only regret..... If I had known how well I was going to be treated I should have gone earlier, but that one is down to me. Thanks to all

I am an NHS patient. My check-up was cancelled as the practice was taking 'patients in pain' only; I accepted this as reasonable. Now after a week in serious pain I am told I must call back tomorrow at 08:00 to be triaged and with no guarantee of an appointment. At 85, disabled and glad of a night's sleep when I can get it I would have expected some accommodation especially as the practice did not inform me of this new procedure (in align with GP surgeries). In the past it never failed to text me to remind me of check-ups due, or appointments made; why not in this instance? My appeals to be reasonable were talked down. Am I to conclude that only private patients are entitled to expect any courtesy?
