Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very clean and tidy premises My treatments were discussed with me and both the dentist and hygienist were excellent

I have been treated by the practice for a number of years. Mainly for hygienist’s services having suffered gum disease. The hygienist has managed to maintain my teeth but recently I damaged a pre molar which has unfortunately led to having to have it extracted. My dentist first checked the situation but because of bone loss, it was decided the tooth needed to be extracted. An early appointment was made and tooth extracted. My dentist administered the anaesthetic and removed the tooth quite painlessly. We had a short discussion about my options to fill the gap and will discuss this at my next regular appointment. My treatment was carried out in a courteous and professional manner. I could not fault my dentist or assistant in any way.

I am a really nervous patient, the dentist put me at ease so much, explained everything thoroughly and listened to me. Cannot recommend enough. Was also amazing with my 10 year old daughter who has autism so is also a very nervous patient.

Friendly efficient professional front of staff; same for dentist and assistant. Good advice re teeth/gum maintenance. Time taken, not feeling rushed. Very happy with the service.

My first appointment with this practice ,knowing that I would need some work to be done. They were brilliant ; put me at my ease and explained everything in such a calm easy manner. I would highly recommend this practice.

I was very well looked after from the receptionist nothing to much trouble also rang me the next day to see if I was OK The dentist who treated me was brilliant and so were the dental nurses made me so relaxed.

I have been a regular patient here for many years and have always found it to be a very good dental practice. Treatment is explained and options given are clear. The staff are very friendly and a very relaxed atmosphere.

Staff and doctors are very friendly and informative and answering questions is not a problem for them. I have not had a problem with the service I've received and would recommend.

I broke a tooth - I was given an appointment a few days later, as it wasn't painful or uncomfortable. It needed a crown fitted. The preparatory work was done 11 days after consultation and crown fitted 2 weeks after that. Both procedures were done quickly and efficiently. The crown fitted perfectly and was ready to eat on after an hour. Very pleased with the whole NHS process. The bill was paid in 3 parts to make it easier to pay.
