I’m really scared of the dentist and haven’t been for a long time I called 111 and was referred here the same day I explained how nervous I was to reception and they were lovely putting me at ease The dentist was amazing and had the patience of a saint with me I’ve now registered with this practice

No issues at all with the service and treatment I received in this practice My Dentist and nurse were both lovely The reception team were very helpful I even managed to book my partner an appointment after him not having a dentist since before covid

Atlantic dental practice cancelled my appointment without notice and when I called them to find out about why an answer machine stated that it was now a triage service. Absolutely disgusting!

Lovely Dentist and nurse I had no problems with my check up and treatment was completed quickly Receptionist was very helpful called the day before to remind me of my app time Booked my partner a check up with no issues

Dentist recommended hygienist appointment and my veener got cracked I didn't realise until I got home. That was June 23 I have been trying to resolve this issue ever since. Dentist agreed to do this for free, discussed other work as my teeth would not look right In November Dentist had changed his mind and I am still waiting for this matter to be resolved. Customer service appalling!!!
