I had to have 5 fillings after not visiting the dentist for 7 years. The dentist talked me through all the options and gave me assurances. The dentist advised trying the procedure without anaesthetic, 4 of my teeth were filled without the need for anaesthetic. I felt some discomfort with one of the fillings so immediately the dentist stopped and put a single injection into my upper gum, I didn’t feel the injection going into my gum and it did an excellent job of taking any discomfort away. The dentist and assistant that did the procedure were very professional, understanding, patient and communicated very clearly. After being unsure about the dentist for many years they have restored my confidence and I will be attending every 6 to 12 months for my check ups.

I havent been to the Dentist for over 3 years due to covid and being able to find a practice, i went today and was very nervous due to “dentist phobia” i was in room 2 with the lovely gentleman and Dental Nurse, they were both very kind, patient and made me feel at ease. The Dentist was so sweet and reassuring, i left very happy and cant wait to return x haha thanku so so much x

I would recommend Invisaligns Teeth Straightners. The Dentist was very good at explaining costs, expectations of end results.The treatment has been roughly five months.The Invisaligns have been comfortable and discreet to wear. I am so pleased with the end result.I am middle aged .Both my top and bottom front teeth was very uneven and close together I can now clean them better ,bite better and my teeth/smile looks great. The Dentist treating me and everyone at the Practice was very professional .I would recommend this practice definitely.I couldn't have done this .If they also hadn't been flexible with my appointments Thank you everyone.

As a nervous patient very impressed with excellent treatment given. Two fillings, front tooth capped and whitening treatment, surprised at the difference this work has made. Just well happy with the outcome of the treatment that I would usually have put off indefinitely. Many thanks to my understanding dentist.

Everytime I've had a good experience at this practice, dentist is definitely not my favourite place but I feel comfortable here even as nervous I get and plus always gives good advice .

I’m petrified of dentist treatment. I experienced calmness and confidence throughout my treatment. Everything was carefully explained. I would defiantly use the skilled dentist surgeons again if I need treatment I came out very happy.

Took my father to have a tooth extraction and the care he was given was exceptional. Love the new dentist and her staff . I would really recommend this dentist .

I have seen dentist at the Pedmore Valley practice a number of times now. She is an outstanding dentist. I can’t praise her enough, I’m so pleased with the treatment and service I have received. I’ve had a couple of challenging procedures including a really difficult extraction, all carried out to the highest level. Superb dentist, I have total confidence in her. I would strongly recommend.

Dentists are friendly and helpful but most appointments -before and after- covid, are cancelled at short notice.
