Booked an appointment in advance only for practice to send a message to cancel it a month beforehand. Phones are never answered and the message says book an appointment online, but you can only book a hygienist. Dreadful service since BUPA took this practice over and clearly poorly managed and organised.

Absolutely hopeless reception team. Can’t make advance treatment bookings even while you’re standing in front of them. Then trying to get through by phone? Forget it. Rang and rang. Left 3 messages. Completely ignored. The result? I was advised of treatment needed 6 weeks ago but can’t make an appointment. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
