    It is very stressful to book an appointment online because the doctors never reply. The promise to call back within next 48 hours and they never call back. It is hard even to call them because they say that I am 16 or 17 in the queue and I have to wait at least one hour and 15 minutes for them to answer my call. After waiting 1 hour in the queue I managed to book blood test. Unfortunately they text me that my blood test has been cancelled. It is impossible to get to doctor and what If I am sick and I need help. I just finished in A and E because I was feeling worse and they did not help me at all. It is very stressful experience. You will die waiting for doctor or nurse to see you.

    More chance of winning the lottery than getting an appointment. E-Consult service is off line for 2 hrs every lunchtime and when the surgery closes. How are working people supposed to use it? They have too many patients and not enough medical professionals to cope with it. It is more like a badly run private practice than a community practice. I am not surprised they rank 3200 of 3600 in England. Truly awful
