My husband very ill once again no help from reception rude, can never get a appointment,just been down completely a wasn't off time

I joined this practice 14yrs ago. I could not fort it then. It was brilliant, but over the last couple of years standards have decreased and continue to do so. I would like to ask why are patient being sent to Ash Vale to see a doctor. I know the two surgeries have joined forces, but I for one do not want to travel that far to see a doctor or for any other treatment, especially during the winter months. If its because Frimley is short of doctors, then surely dictors from Ash Vale could do sessions at Frimley Green. This would save the elderly trying to get to Ash Vale. I have a question, is it the untention to close the Frimley Green surgery eventually, and run services from Ash Vale ?
