The way my elderly mother was treated at this clinic, and the attention that she received - from the staff at the front desk to the nursing staff, and the consultant plastic surgeon himself - was absolutely exemplary. Everyone was kind, friendly and professional - which was really reassuring for her. The building was clean and tidy, and processes were very well organised. We were seen on time and the follow-up appointment was scheduled soon after. A fabulous standard of care.
