I don't understand how there is still not working phone number for them. You can't find it online. And the ones in the letter they send don't work. I see this has been reviewed multiple times and no furhter action has been taken. Ridiculous in 21st century I must go there in person to talk. Very disappointing.

There is no listed telephone number for this hospital. The one listed 02089692488 no longer works, and there is no update online. GP has just referred me for routine chest X-ray.

Appreciated the approachable and kind attitude of the ultrasound staff. Department difficult to find - as I have a heart condition was directed to the lift - which was out of order. Operator agreed to send results to my GP immediately - over 2 weeks later they are not on my GP record and I have not seen an email. On trying to follow up there is no phone number on the website, the NHS website link to the Clinic goes through to the property department and the phone number given in the confirming SMS is unobtainable. They certainly know how to hold patients at arms length!

Friendly. Efficient. Covid booster and flu jab. Great service and people. Clean. In and out inside 10 minutes.

The member of staff refused to see me stating she called me three times and I wasn’t there. The receptionist also confirmed I was there but she was ignored. I was told I’d now missed my slot and I will have to rebook after waiting for 40 minutes!

Everyone know how hard is to get to see a nurse or GP in London at short notice. Even with private insurance the resource are just not enough. At St Charles I had a call back after 10 min and an apponintment in 1 hour, so gratuful this place exist and provided urgency care for the local community.
