Fantastic service from arriving at the door to leaving. Every single member of staff did everything to make me feel comfortable giving full and clear explanations.

I have now had both eyes treated for cataracts at SpaMedica. The treatment I received on both occasions was excellent and all the staff were friendly and professional.

The whole experience for dealing with my cataract was very professional. Very handy booklets explained everything in detail. The operation was pain free and within 24 hours was seeing quite clearly. Now looking forward to the other eye!

Everything went through really quickly and appointments were spot on time. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, both to myself and my husband who was driving and needed to wait for me, as it was a 1 hour drive away from home. The only constructive feedback I can make is that it would have been helpful to know how long the wait was between the drops being administered and the actual surgery taking place. I had no idea! Also it would have been nice to have a flannel to dry my hair once the procedure was finished.

I had Cataract Surgery on my right eye at Kendal A good experience with great outcome. The entire staff went above and beyond to smooth over any concerns i may have had

Very positive experience at SpaMedical Kendal lovely staff excellent consultant runs like clockwork. I was nervous about having my cataract op, unnecessary was painless and comfortable.
