Everyone at the Gillingham practice made me feel safe due to their caring and professional abilities. The surgeon and team were brilliant and removed all my anxieties (and my Cataract)!

I had steriod injections and after i had a ‘funny turn’ and i was very quickly and efficiently taken care of by the nursing and management team. Cannot thank them enough for the level of care and compassion. Thank you.

From entering the clinic the staff were welcoming and professional, my procedure was explained and I was reassured throughout from the surgeon and nurses, l felt completely ar ease. Every procedure is a bit scary but I felt the staff really made every effort to make sure I was comfortable and not worried. 10 out of 10 to them all, thank you.

very traumatic. when i got in operating theatre my notes had gone missing. after receiving anesthetic in the eye the notes were found but there were no measurements for new lens so the operation was cancelled. I was told to wait outside for explanation but no one came. I had received pupil dilation pellet that wasnt removed.

I had my operation cancelled while on the operating table because of lost paperwork. I was not contacted afterwards for another appointment. When i phoned them was given an appointment, but once again was cancelled because of lost paperwork. I asked to speak to the manager, but no one called me back.

Went here as a very nervous patient. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome and looked after extremely well. Practice Plus staff are just amazing and caring.

Most of the care I recieved was good though theatre staff morale seemed low.When I was introduced to the theatre staff only the doctor responded the others looked away and when the surgery was finished the protective plastic which was taped down around my face was ripped off with such force I felt like my skin was being ripped off and the mark was still there the following day.

I had my procedure on my knee,on Monday 30th of may staff were caring, considerate & explained everything in detail made me feel very much at ease, pre op & post op staff were brilliant, even had a phone call today to see how i was recovering & to make sure i understood the information i was given yesterday due to having general anthesthetic. Fantastic hospital
