   Arrived at 8am as they opened, didn’t get seen until 9.15am. I’d completed the online 111 form and was directed there, however they weren’t able to deal with the issue. Second time of visiting this place, both times (different things) not able to help and directed elsewhere. Not sure what help they actually are.
