    Waited 20mins on hold after calling at exactly 8am. I was 9th in the queue but when I got the receptionist said all spaces were full. When I asked if you can go in to book appointments as this is the 2nd time in a row I can’t book she told me “if I don’t like it then I need to complain to the people who made the system”

    Receiving calls from this number after calling back speaking to the receptionist to ask why I was receiving they are absolutely rude and not helpful what’s so ever putting the phone down every time I rang and spoke about a call I received.

    They have one doctor who is very good and exceptionally good at diagnosing conditions. Booking an appointment id quite difficult. You always have to fill out the online consultation form, which no one ever reads.

    Both the GP and the receptionist went above and beyond to accomodate me around my shifts so I can get the best possible care without missing work.
