Excellent service from start to finish. I received surgery 7 days from referral as an NHS patient. Staff from reception to surgical team were superb, reassuring me at every step and available to answer any questions. A faultless service

I had my first cataract surgery only a few days ago....a wonderful experience from start to finish the whole team put you at your ease ...the environment is pristine...1st Class all the way and cannot recommend Newmedica clinic enough...absolutely wonderful !!!!

There is a noticeable drive for an efficient service from the team at Newmedica, no waiting no hanging about, you are given clear instruction every aspect of what is going to happen and your choices . Which is a certainty a model the NHS could do with a a lot more of, it’s not about efficiency! the team have also kept the personnel kind natured aspect of service, every single member of staff who I met was kind caring and knowledgeable and it didn’t feel like I was going through the well oiled machine that it was, I felt like a person that was getting the help I needed with my eye, and I did, this joint working relationship between the NHS and bespoke service provider in their field of expertise works.

On March 21st, 2024, I underwent cataract surgery on my left eye, and from start to finish, the entire process was nothing short of exemplary. The pre-surgery appointment was impeccably organized, with modern equipment and highly skilled professionals conducting thorough tests. Their friendly demeanor and clear communication instilled confidence in me, and I felt comfortable signing the consent form after discussing the surgery date. One aspect that truly stood out was their consideration in allowing me to choose the specialist for my procedure. This personalized touch made me feel valued as a patient. The reminders leading up to the surgery date were appreciated, as they ensured I was well-prepared. On the day of the operation, any anxiety I had was swiftly alleviated by the caring and competent nurse assistant. Their reassuring words and demeanor worked like magic, easing any apprehension I had.
