Both the initial assessment and surgical procedure were carried out very efficiently. At both appointments I was seen immediately on arrival. I left the surgical appointment within 1 hour of arrival. Appreciated the follow up phone call to check if there were any problems that was received the next day. Three weeks later and sight is much improved. If you're at all worried about a cataract operation - don't be. It's totally painless and quick.

Everyone was polite and efficient from assessment through to surgery. We were slightly delayed due to the mental health needs of a patient in front of us. This was dealt with in a very professional and caring way. Would recommend.

From initial consultation at Langford to Surgery at Astec West shortly after everyone on the team was very professional and caring . The surgery was painless and recovery advice very clear . I'm now enjoying good eyesight again . Thanks everybody

I received an excellent experience at newmedica from the initial contact to the after care and everything in between. I would recommend the practice to anyone who needs eye surgery.

I was very nervous about attending my appointment but the staff were all amazing very professional helpful and explained everything to me ! Thank you to all of the staff. Highly recommend this practice.

From my initial appointment to surgery I only had to wait 2 & half weeks. Arrived early & went straight in for the pain free procedure. Only negative was I was told I would have a follow up phone call the next day to check all ok. Unfortunately this never happened

Attended assessment in Langford on 28th December and was offered an appointment for the following day to have cataract procedure. All completed in less than 24hrs.

The treatment I receive was excellent as were the friendly and efficient staff. I would recommend the surgery to anyone who is worried about the procedure and was amazed at the difference in my vision which improved the same afternoon!

Went in for cataract surgery on left eye feeling rather apprehensive but the staff soon made me feel at ease and the surgery was pain free and over in minutes , the whole experience lasted just over an hour and the results are fantastic now seeing things I have not seen in years . Cant wait to get the right eye done.
