It is so difficult to get an appointment. I have twice now spent 30 plus minutes on hold to be told there are no appointments left, only emergencies.

The surgery/staff have been nothing short of amazing!! For months my Daughter has been poorly and is known to GPS, however, she has spoken to and been assessed by doctors from both our partner surgery as well as our own. I can not fault the service we have received. Professional and understanding. The front line staff are professional yet emphatic and efficient. I never used to be. But I’m now proud to be a patient here!

Recently moved into the area and joined Maple View. The service so far has been excellent. Both my wife and I have got telephone appointments on the day with face to face appointments following shortly after. The doctors are caring, friendly and thorough. The reception staff are helpful and pleasant. First class practice.
