  1. Review titled Awful

Rated 1 star out of 5

I’ve been struggling with my mh for years and had gotten worse. Been trying to get help from lift and when I did a questionnaire, I scored really high in anxiety and depression yet they said they can’t help me further and have discharged me. I feel so let down by lift and has left me not feeling better and even more depressed. I do not recommend

  2. Review titled bad place for support

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 28 June 2023

i’ve tried getting an appointment i rang up twice they said someone would ring me back and never did so i rang up and they said no one booked me in when they said they had and then they said they’d get someone to ring me again and they never did, it’s disappointing for a place that’s supposed to be there to support you and they can’t even do that my mental health has been getting bad again because i’ve had no help and now i don’t feel like i can ring them anymore so i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

  3. Review titled Poor Service

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 06 March 2023

Although the online course and support I received was great and extremely positive I have been waiting for a letter of attendance that is needed for a very important matter. I have been misinformed about when I will received the letter and although I have contacted them and chased it up I get promised call backs that I do not receive. Help I recieved to improve my mental well being is now being overtaken by the burden that lift is creating by thier current actions or lack of.

  4. Review titled Sad there is no face to face courses

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Alison Mary Musto - Posted on 05 September 2022

I tried to participate in an online Stress Management Course .I found it hard to navigate and hard to concentrate and have opted out .I have previously completed in person Mindfullness course and years ago a Stress Management Course which I found to be highly beneficial to me, and I have used the tools effectively .I understand in Covid times in person contact was impossible but surely not now ? Maybe you could consider doing online classes and in person classes again now that the pandemic is over

  5. Review titled Great service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

It has been renamed to ‘Swindon Talking Therapies’ I attended group workshops on anxiety and insomnia that were helpful. I also had a 1-1 phone call session with a counsellor and in just one session I found some good coping strategies for my situation.

  6. Review titled Nothing heard back

Rated 1 star out of 5

I reached out regarding my declining mental health and never heard anything back. Voiced thoughts of suicide but still nothing. Great to see our tax money being used, no wonder young men are turning to suicide
