I attended the surgery a few days ago for a procedure I was nervous about. The nurse who was assigned to me was caring, patient (she needed to be!) and good-natured, making me feel more relaxed. I understand that it is not appropriate for me to name here, but I hope that she can recognise my appreciation.

Today I called the practice at the start of their day in a panic as my newborn was about to run out of specialist prescribed milk which I had order with them only the day before - they got this item prescribed within an hour with additional supplies. Working so quickly has reassured a first time mom with baby brain! They always work hard to get myself and my baby seen with a GP within my expectations, and all staff have been polite and good listeners. I work in a GP practice myself and understand the pressures for each department - extremely grateful for the service I receive. Keep up the good work!

Just wanted to firstly praise the surgery in general for excellent service that they always offer. The receptionists who I have always found to be very pleasant and helpful whenever I call or attend the surgery . Especially this week when I called needing some advice They dealt with it very quickly. And I was extremely surprised and grateful to a doctor (u I can’t personally name) but who took time out to call me back personally and listen to my concerns and explained things to me. Impressive service . Thank you

I can’t recommend leach Heath enough, the doctors here are so caring and really listen to your concerns. It was lovely to hear a doctor tell me I was doing a great job with my baby as I had been struggling and worrying as a first time mum!
