   Called the surgery over a repeat prescription. The first two minutes of the call was an almost inaudible pre recorded message from the surgery outlining the steps patients can take if they are unable to get an appointment with a doctor. Anyone who is hard of hearing would be in great difficulty trying to work out what was being said. Once the pre recording was over I was informed I was number 1 in the queue. 17 minutes later with just the sound of music playing I hung up.
