I was told to call back after 15.00 to get a prescription for my elderly bed bound mother. Been calling on repeat from 15.00, now calls are at 82 and counting. Phone must be off!

I tried calling the practice again and again, was told I was 1st in the queue and then eventually I was cut off, happened twice. Called back again and was ignored on the call again. This practice has become worse and worse over the last year. Will be looking to move as soon as possible

Failed to send a prescription to the chemist, failed to complete internal paperwork to enable tests to take place, reception failed to chase the error or accept any responsibility
