Why does it take so long to get an appointment now? It used to be short or even same day, what has changed?

The doctors are super friendly and provide me with a lot of information. Thanks to their proper care, I am on the mend with my health concerns.

The reception staff are always very friendly and very helpful. It's easy to get an appointment over the phone or you have the option of using an econsult form. The Drs and nurses are kind and efficient.
