   I was able to secure a face to face appointment by attaching a photo of my skin problem to the on line form. The doctor believed it was probably a simple skin cancer requiring cream treatment. An appointment was made for two months forward at Dermatology Department, but at same time he forwarded another photo to the hospital. Luckily, within two days, the clinical lead saw the picture and advised the treatment required. The application was successful and the skin has normalised even before I would have had a consultation at the hospital.
