i wanted to take a moment to express my utmost satisfaction and happiness with the exceptional care and support provided by the ndh care team. ii would like to extend my appreciation not only to you but to all the care staff who have been visiting me. i must say that i am truly impressed with the level of professionalism and dedication demonstrated by everyone. first and foremost, i am grateful for the team's commitment to proper moving and handling techniques. your expertise and adherence to best practices ensure my safety and comfort during transfers and any physical assistance required. it is reassuring to know that the care staff at ndh care are well-trained in these essential skills, preventing any potential injuries or discomfort. i would also like to commend the team for their adherence to the correct medication procedures. it is crucial for me to receive my medications on time and in the correct dosage, and i am pleased to note that the care staff consistently demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in this regard. your diligence and adherence to medication protocols provide me with peace of mind, knowing that my health and well-being are in capable hands. furthermore, i would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding level of care i receive from the ndh care team. the compassion, empathy, and genuine concern that each care staff member exhibits truly make a difference in my day-to-day life. your nurturing approach and willingness to go above and beyond your professional duties are greatly valued. the care and support i receive extend beyond mere physical assistance and contribute significantly to my overall well-being. i would also like to acknowledge the management team at ndh care. their effective oversight and organization ensure that the care staff is well-equipped to meet my needs. i appreciate the frequent visits from the manager, as it demonstrates their commitment to maintaining a high standard of care. it is reassuring to know that the management team is involved and engaged, ensuring that i receive the best possible support and assistance. i want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every member of the ndh care team. your dedication, professionalism, and genuine care have made a significant impact on my life. i am truly fortunate to have such a compassionate and competent group of individuals supporting me.

i am one of the service user and the care staff who are visiting to me all are excellent care staff. they have done excellent moving and handling techniques to support me. one day in the morning, i was feeling sick and was not want the personal care and would like to sleep on the bed, but the care staff encouraged me for having the shower and she has handled me excellent with the moving and handling techniques. later, i was feeling really good and filled with the positive energy which i would like to appreciate the care staff. also, all other care staff who visiting me everyone are excellent, communicating with me in a polite manner and understand me very well. the care staff maintaining the privacy and dignity to me as well. manager is visiting to me as well for observation of the care staff, he is quite young but passionate for care, which i am bit surprised but i do really appreciate of his visit. i am happy that i am with ndh care

Excellent care provider. NDH Care sends the care staff to take care of my mother and the care staff are fully trained and very less frequently to changing the care staff for my mother so we are in relaxing when the care staff visit us. I really like it and appreciate the care staff as well. Their supervisor is also good and having very good relationship with us.
