    I spent about 8 hours in the Diagnostic and Treatment centre having surgery on my ankle. The level of care and attention provided by the nursing staff before and after my surgery was absolutely second to none, and was delivered throughout with a cheery smile. I was nervous about the surgery but they put me at ease and kept me fully informed throughout, nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent care.

    I am due to have a ulcer sound 28/10/22 it was confirmed over the mobile / no further confirmation I am unsure of the time. I think it’s 2ish but have repeatedly ring this morning to confirm time. No answer and no facility to leave a message or request a call back. I would suggest that at the very least if they are unable to answer,a facility to leave a message for call back is in place.
