    I had an upper endoscopy yesterday that I was extremely anxious about and the staff there were so kind, reassuring and professional that it made it so much less frightening. Thank you!

    I went to accident and emergency after a head injury. I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving and treated accordingly. Brilliant nursing staff can’t fault them

    From the first day of my dislocated shoulder treatment was fast and efficient. all members of staff were friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Aftercare in physio. dept. was second to none ! Well done MK hospital !

    Our experience so far is shocking my partner is pregnant and has a problem with her liver witch is affecting our baby we have been here for two days now and still no sign of our baby being delivered out of harms way all we keep getting told is there short staff and doing there best well I’m sorry but your best is not good enough our doctors surgery informed us that because of her live if our babe is not out safe soon then our baby could be a still born but this hospital don’t seem to think it’s an important matter all we get told is your on a waiting list to me this is unacceptable behaviour and something needs doing about it

    I am a 70 year old female. I feel and broke my wrist. From arriving at the hospital the care and treatment I received was second to none. My grateful thanks to all the lovely nursing staff and doctors in the A & E, the Fracture Clinic and Physio departments

  6. Review titled Just ignore appointments and don't answer the phone

    I had a telephone call with the consultant which was just ignored. The NHS is currently in the practice of treating patients like an inconvenience so to try and not bother them I'd stacked up a list of questions and concerns for this appointment. Not only did the consultant just not bother but it is impossible to contact anyone to find out what went wrong or rearrange or what I should can do with my concerns and who I can speak to. I'm 25 weeks pregnant and terrified about the safe delivery of my baby as I feel the NHS currently entirely incompetent and unable to practice any form of healthcare.

    Absolutely surprisingly good attention through A& E. Although long waits are standard in all A&E departments everywhere ,the attention,tests and treatment was excellent. I couldn’t fault it. Well done Milton Keynes Hospital

  8. Review titled MK a&e - badly run hell on earth experience

    My GP advised me to go to a&e. Waited nearly 90 minutes and still no triage. In the meantime the pain intensified and it was harder and harder to sit still. Advice on the screen said 79 people in a&e, 41 minutes wait for triage and 8 hours 48 minutes average time spent in a&e. Given I had already been waiting more than 80 minutes I realised the televised stats were off. Nausea, discomfort and tiredness took over and I left. I was told to talk to the nurse at the entrance but there was no nurse there, not even security. A completely horrible experience. Our NHS is broken. So sad.

    Horrible. People are waiting for long Time, you can see another pateints coming who is get helped first, but you sitting here for long Time in pain, but no. First its better to take pateints who came 5 minutes ago than person who came more than 4 hours and its sitting here in pain. Horrible no one even care here about it

  10. Review titled Excellent treatment at day assessment unit

    I had day surgery at the day assessment unit on 14/5/22. The staff were excellent, so caring and attentive and great banter with them. They ensured I was safely discharged very quickly after my operation so I could recover in the comfort of my home, so pleased they kept to their word of sorting everything out and reassuring me everything was ok and no delay to myself. Thanks again to everyone.
