  2. Review titled Calling for patients

Rated 3 stars out of 5

The system of calling your name is rediculous. When you can be in any of the corridors and not near where you are called for.I was waiting for four hours to be told at 7.30 I had been called at 5 30 but thought I had gone home even rang home no one there. When home checked phone someone rang at 7 40 !This needs sorting.

  3. Review titled Caring Staff

Rated 4 stars out of 5

    by Joe A - Posted on 30 November 2022

Having been in A/E multiple times this year with genuine injuries the service was fantastic. All the members of staff that had I had an encounter with where brilliant and efficient whilst doing a job that at times would have tested my patience with a smile. The level off after care in the fracture clinic was also superb, whilst busier than i was expecting. On one occasion whilst I was present nurses that should have gone home had stayed to help. These people on these occasions deserved more thanks than they receive.
