I just want to say a big thank you to all the doctors, nurses, HCA and receptionist for looking after me and always being able to help me when needed.

Called in they said do a triage so got sent the link nobody got back in contact I mean it’s for my 7 month old baby this just isn’t great but also isn’t the first time it’s happened unfortunately so if you need urgent treatment I just sadly wouldn’t bother with this practice

Saw an absolutely fabulous GP today. Totally focussed, fantastic gentle kind and considerate couldn’t have asked for anything more! A massive big thank you to you all especially under such pressurised circumstances.

Not the first issue with this practice, several actually. They text me an appointment. I turn up, they text me the wrong day. Really not good enough. If it’s happened to me several times, it must be happening to other patients too. I’m really so annoyed.

My GP has been sending me text messages informing me that he had sent a prescription over electronically to my Chemist but when I arrived at the Chemist to collect my prescription I was told that no prescription had come through for me. So when I rang my surgery to find out what was going on, I was told the prescription couldn't be sent electronically and I would have to collect a paper copy from the Surgery Reception which is extremely annoying because not only does it mess my day up, having to go backwards & forwards but also because this same problem has accured 5/6 times in the last couple of months. The Surgery is worse than useless, they keep telling me, they are looking into the problem ??? but no one ever gives me an explanation of why this problem keeps accuring time after time. This matter has simply got beyond a joke.

Absolute lack of communication, they cancelled my appointment without informing me, I turn up, take time from work for no reason whatsoever
