The doctor did my knee injections very well and professionally and made me feel at ease . I hope i get the same doctor when i need them doing again

I rang up querying results I haven’t received yet and described my issue was still on going. The receptionist took her time on the phone with me to find out whats happening and went out her way to make sure I got seen the next day and rang me before the surgery opened to get me a on the day appointment so I didn’t have to wait in the call queue to miss getting an appointment. This receptionist has always been helpful everytime I have a question and is always eager to help and puts the patient first. Not all receptionists there are like this and without this lady the practice wouldn’t be as good as it is.

I have always had a positive experience with my practice even during challenging times, my GPs and nursing team and reception have treated me as an individual and have applied a very patient centred approach, in the time they have they take time to listen and understand, however I am sad to hear one of our nurses are leaving as she was an exceptional member of the team as I can not name names in this review I would still like to give a shout out to our nursing team and grange farm. My GP practice is a person centred practice.

The receptionist I spoke to this particular day and the day before especially went above and beyond to help me something that other receptionist at this surgery don’t often do. She was kind helpful understanding and really helpful and did her upmost to help me as I had been really poorly and she made my situation very much easier for me because I was actually worrying about calling. She is a credit to your staff

I saw a member of staff today Extremely informative friendly approachable and professional, explained everything that was going to be done on my visit and any follow up that may be required depending on results Phlebotomy skills outstanding never felt a thing.

I don't know her name, but there is one particular lady that has dealt with my concerns for my 18 month old on a few occasions and she has always gone above and beyond to help. She is extremely polite and provides a top class service. Thank you

Ftf at reception. Receptionist was on her own with que of patients bless her .she was very helpful and had patients of a Saint. But no prebookable gp appts not even for weeks ahead .been trying for months to see a gp but no hope . Cannot call at 8 am as I do the same job myself answering calls at 8am . Its not an emerg so 111 or pharmacy is no good for me .think I need to look at changing practice .so sad when you work for a living and not able to call at 8am think they need to look into a better system for appointments with gp's
