    Have asked for a call back from the doctor but no response eventually call back and told to see physio who was on holiday so put another call back request called back to say have tablets and wait for physio Asked by surgery to fill in a satisfaction survey which I have done but still waiting for a response but guess what will never happen Would never recommend this surgery to anyone have not enough doctors and rude front desk staff

    I attended today following a telephone consultation to discuss routine blood test results .The Doctor was excellent; he explained clearly and has referred me to hospital for further investigation. The process of following up tests has involved several different staff and all have been prompt and very professional. It has been easy to access further action and support from Iridium, most of which I have done online through the NHS App.

    The previously working online repeat prescriptions service for the 3rd time now responded 'cannot access repeat prescriptions' I have been assured this would be sorted 2x - Using the practices text base support service today - its still not working and . I have now waited for a week for the prescription to get to the pharmacy. I have a similar experience trying to get my medical notes online - tried about 4-5 times and it never worked.

    I have tried and tried to call you but I I keep getting hung up on. I had an appointment for 10.waited two hours as stated from 09:00 only for the doctors to put the phone down. I have now called reception three times and I keep getting the same. Also I was requested to attend a clinic to be treated so poorly leaving my arms marked with botched blood tests and sent to a pharmacist for a monitor to be fitted without any conversation regarding why or what was going on. I had my GP app updated with results that seems rather worrying and no doctors have called me to say what they mean. Poor from all involved

    I was seen by a Doctor who has not left the correct diagnosis of my condition, he did not examine me so therefore how can he possibly think there is something wrong with my hips.

    After booking an appointment and taking time off work, I had to call up to be rudely spoken to on the phone and eventually cut off due to them removing my appointment after sending a reminder text to me. I am sick of being fobbed off by this doctors surgery, they do not care and are even less accommodating if you have a job!! appalling receptionist again and lack of resolution to my issue

    The professional I seen today was great, she was very sweet, down to earth and preformed an outstanding job and provided me with an fantastic service, she did her job to the best of her abilities, she looked very experienced in her job, and the atmosphere was very welcoming, she gave me the finest of advise regarding my health issues and gave the the required medication for my cure, these kind of professional’s need to be recognised for the work they do and also the commitment they put towards there work, god bless her and all at iridium medical practice. 💯♥️
