I rang up on 2.11.23 for a non urgent appt in the next few weeks and have been advised that they cannot offer me one. I need to either ring each morning for an appt (non urgent so doesn't make sense) or book on line but when I try to do that I am told No appointments available to book online at this time You'll need to contact your GP surgery to book an appointment. For urgent medical advice, go to (a website) or call 111. How am I meant to get an appointment to be seen by a doctor???

Good afternoon, we are disappointed to read this. The national guidance is to offer appointments within 2 weeks which limits our availability to those that are happy to wait. We record all patient contacts as part of care navigation data. We would like to invite you to contact the practice to discuss this further. Thank you
