I went to my GP practice today for blood test and took the opportunity to check my blood pressure which was high 186. The Clinical staff decided to keep me for ECG and straight away referred me to the Doctor on duty who decided to investigate further. Patient centred care is at heart of my GP practice. Medical staff are very good at looking after their patient . Amazing service .patients are always their priorities.

I require a essential medication for controlling epileptic fits and was not prescribed my essential prescription by the Dr as when I requested it to be sent to my chemist!!

I was recently at the GP, The Practise Feltham, the gentleman who was at the reception showed himself ready to serve me in the best possible way to complete my needs. I thank him very much for his willingness. There are only a few people who go extra miles just to put a smile in their customers face. Thank you!

When I visited the doctors, the first thing when I walked into the doctors room (before I even had the chance to sit down) 'what is the issue?' That in itself made me feel uneasy as the tone was not forthcoming and I struggle to come to the doctors in the first place, Every time I have been or had phone appointments I have not felt heard which means I have shut down again and it has impacted my mental health more as I can even trust that the doctors are good enough to help anymore. Its not nice when you are supposed to feel safe and heard by a professional

This is a very supportive practice. The front desk guy is really kind and helpful. He goes above and beyond to help the patients. The nurses are very understanding and they have patient's best interest at heart. I had to visit this practice daily for my wound dressing and the entire staff has been very very supportive.

I recently registered my father at HMC Feltham GP Surgery after a disappointing experience with our previous surgery. We moved to this area and wanted to find a caring and supportive practice, and we couldn't be happier with the level of care we have received. From the moment we walked into the surgery, the receptionist was incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain the registration process to us and kindly guided us through the various clinics available, as my father is asthmatic and diabetic. Their willingness to go the extra mile was greatly appreciated. After the registration process, we received a link to book an asthma review for my father, as well as a diabetes review scheduled for two weeks later. The GPs at HMC Feltham have been absolutely wonderful. They took the time to listen to my father's concerns, resulting in the adjustment of unnecessary medication that had been prescribed to him for years, despite not being taken. I must also appreciate the pharmacist, who was absolutely fantastic during the telephone call for his asthma review. His expertise and guidance were invaluable in helping us manage my father's condition effectively. The staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient, creating a comfortable environment for my father. We are grateful to have found such a caring and professional practice in HMC Feltham. Their commitment to patient care has exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team at HMC Feltham for their dedication, compassion, and exemplary service. We highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of outstanding medical care.

Rude people on the phone. They don't understand the problem and just repeat the same answer when you ask for what else can be done. Had a bad experience today over the phone.

I am writing this review to express my appreciation for the HMC Feltham GP Surgery to which myself, my wife and our two kids have been registered for 4 years now. Since our registration at the surgery, the services they provide have improved considerably, and we always find it quite easy to book appointments with their reception team. We can usually get same-day appointments, and if not, the out-of-hours GP is always a viable option. The friendliness of the staff is another aspect where the GP surgery exceeds expectations. They went above and beyond to ensure that my wife received the best care possible in her time of need, and it was clear to me that the staff members were motivated by more than just their job to provide her with moral and psychological support. The fact that the personnel in the GP surgery have gone “the extra mile” for my wife cannot be stressed enough. I have to specifically express my gratitude to the GP who has always been accessible and open to talking to us about my wife’s condition. They also organised check-ups for her regularly and have prescribed the right medication for her. In summary, it is with great admiration and appreciation for the HMC Feltham GP Surgery and all its personnel that I give it my highest recommendation.
