    Receptionists - are kind, helpful and although most be extremely busy, they always treat you like you're a priority. Doctors- cannot fault any one of them, always thorough (especially with children) always understanding. Genuinely seem to care. Nurses- friendly, helpful and always put you at ease. Econsult/appointments - I'm not one to call the practice until really necessary, but every time I've filled out an econsult for my children, I've had a call back within an hour. And usually an appt the same day. Not only that, but any follow ups they say they will do (phone calls etc) they do. I cannot fault this practice and I'm always so grateful to them. Our doctors surgeries get a lot of criticism lately, but the Keys Family Practice should get none.

    Received great care advice and reassurance. Following a call from a GP I was given an appointment for the same day within an hour. Very caring and professional service.

    I have met with the Doctor on two occassion he is fantastic really detailed helpful and has provided a treatment plan that actually works. Please retain him at Keys

    I completed an e-consult at 8.15am and received a call from a receptionist that they can offer me a face to face appointment for the same day! At the surgery my appointment was with a pharmacist, whom was absolutely lovely. The pharmacist listened unlike other doctors and was very informative and helped to diagnose what was wrong with me straight away. It's been a while since I've met someone that's caring and actually listens to the patient, I hope that Keys Family Practice do not get rid of this pharmacist like they have done with other good doctors in the past!

    Had my bloods & blood pressure taken by a very nice, friendly person. Hardly felt a thing & only the tiniest of bruises the next day. What l call a good experience.

    I have requested for doctors appointment, they have asked for bloods. no body approch me afetr one week so i called them, thats when they said doctor will call you at particular date- which is after 3-4 weeks. No body shared my blood result with me until 4 week. Doctor called me and said everything alright at the moment- why cant they just told me this straight away- why wzited for 4 week? if my situation changes- i should have end up in emergency as GP not giving proper answers. And its not fair to the people who are really waiting for emergency. Not happy at all with the service. one week ago i called GP for my son- he had a chickenpox and had a temeperature which wasnt going down with paracetamol. I was so worried. No body called back on same day - or no one gave appoinytment- doctor called next day - we hold our boy for whole night. Such a disaapointment
