Saw Dr for HRT she was really thorough and helpful. Gave me relevant info and advice regarding menopause and symptoms. Really pleasant experience

I had the pleasure of being seen by the advanced nurse practitioner at our GP clinic last month, and I must say she was exceptional. Her depth of knowledge, coupled with her compassionate approach, made me feel at ease and well-cared for throughout my appointment. She took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my treatment options, and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. Her professionalism and dedication to patient care truly stand out, and I am grateful for the excellent service she provided. She is a valuable asset to our GP team, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking quality healthcare.

I’ve had an appointment with one of the doctors and she was lovely and understanding and wasn’t trying to rush me as it happened to me in the last with others GP practices . I was able to explain everything I’m going through and there is a plan in place for me to get better

Excellent doctor made me feel comfortable keep talking to me so it stopped me thinking about the pain was really happy

I spoke to a Doctor who kindly rang me as promised and she gave me advice and I got an emergency pack like immediately at the Pharmacy. Thanks to staff and Management also. Always a great service here that's why they are in such demand.

It was my first time visiting longton primary care Center. There was plenty of parking places and the self check in was easy on the screens. The wait time was not too long and the staff and doctor visited was very professional, nice and helpful with answering any questions I had.

I attended for travel vaccination and received an excellent service, all organised in a few days and the nurse was very informative regarding the correct vaccines required and the back for each regarding guidelines to protect against actions that could result in being exposed to the potential viruses
