The atmosphere was pleasing. Workers were polite and willing to go extra mile. The staff were cautious. I was able to ask questions and answers were given. My next apppointment was planned with me

I was dealt with quickly as always and in a professional and caring and friendly manner. I was alble rto check the results of a previous bllod test as well.

Had a great experience here as a new patient, registered quickly and had a Health Check with a very pleasant chap. Receptionists were very helpful with the registering process.

The surgery makes a telephone appointment and does not give the time. I always miss my appointment because i do not sit with my phone 24/7. This practice has to change because it is unworkable leaving sick desperate patients without advise.

Everything is good for all the staff and services are going well .when I come to Bolton General practice everything was so good nothing bad to say at all and still the staff and reception doing great job

Never any appointments, have to call at 8am on the day to be seen or go in practice at 8am as cant get on phones. Reception say Manager never there to speak to. Doctor good when I see him.

Really appreciated the staffs in Bolton General Practice that made an extra effort in helping me to sort out an unusual registration problem. Their staffs are very kind and professional! Highly recommend!

I called them for appointment, the reception refuse give me appointment and advice me to call back next day to give an appointment, i was in pain, i was nearly cry I really needed to see a doctor, they dont have any sympathy, Im sorry for them, never go there again, will change my GP.
