    I have call from GP today regarding my blood tests I bean on hold as nr three for 30 min and after that I still been caller nr 3 I'll wait for them to call me back after they finish eat their cake maybe they call me back I'll wait

    Never had a problem here before but on Wednesday the receptionist was rude ,abrupt and cut the call before I had even finished speaking . I understand it’s a demanding job but that was unprofessional and not acceptable .

    It has been a pleasure to deal with both reception staff and doctors at this practice. Reception staff have been very kind and helpful and I feel they have done their best to accomodate the needs of my elderly father.Doctors have also given very good oversight of him since he has been with this surgery. Sincere thanks to all staff

    thank you to all staff at this surgery i have had many serious problems with health, the doctors has been brilliant over the years got all the right treatments i need,always listen and understand,, the receptionists are friendly ,and great to,,always get a call back,and they always try there very best to help,, very highly recommended one of the best doctors around, i have been with them for many years and would go no other place,,thank you all for everything you have helped me with,,especially with my mental health,these are very highly rated and professional people,, thanks again,,,

    Went to surgery with my nephew on Friday 16 September. Just say a bit of a difficult situation. The receptionist was professional and helpful. I was at the reception desk for several minutes and I saw the patients coming to the desk were treated with a very good attitude by all members of staff. I was very impressed

    The reception team are all entirely unhelpful, unprofessional and rude. GP appointments are now Virtual since the start of the pandemic, GPs do not call their patients at the dedicated appointments time, in two recent occasions an hour late. Please do not create false expectations by providing patients with a time, we all have other commitments like work and if GPs call us an hour later we will miss the call. When we immediately call back, we are told by the receptionist to wait a whole month for the next appointment. Appointments in person did not have this issue, please bring this back as it is derailing patients and creates an image of GPs not being punctual, receptionists not being agile and overall poor service. I will be leaving this GP as soon as I can as it causes nothing more than unnecessary stress, just because GPs do not call patients on time. Receptionists all need training, several complaints from patients, bias in the workplace.

    I got appointment and I received only a bloody call that I missed because doctor called me after 2hrs on my initial appointment!I called the surgery and let them know about that the Doctor didn’t bother to call at least twice! I ask also that I have another appointment been advise doesn’t figure and to drop an email to their complaints department which I did . Long wait to take an appointment absolutely is taken one month for get one what you get said we are very busy surgery ! Not sure who was the doctor that I speak over the phone but seems to very in rush and not listen to my health queries which feels like they don’t care about your health ! The use the excuse of the Covid to not have face to face appointment when all the rules been lifted ! I feel very disappointed about this surgery !
