Moved here from a busy london gp, in the space of a week both me and my mum have had terrible experiences with the doctors here. This was also our first time being able to get an appointment since October me and my mum see different doctors and both had no idea what they were doing. The female doctor asked me what she should do also asked me how I managed to get a blood test. The doctors here clearly do not read your notes as I was then asked what medication I take. My mum told the male doctor she couldn’t take certain medication because of her health conditions she went to the pharmacy to collect her medication and the doctor had given her what she told him she can not have. These doctors need their licenses to practice taken away. Since this me and my mum plus my children have registered else where. Please do not register here you will never get an appointment and if you somehow do you will likely be arguing with doctors because you have more medical knowledge than them it’s diabolical.

Hi, I regret that you did not contact the manager if you felt you were not getting a good service. I take feedback (good or bad) very seriously and I would have liked the opportunity to investigate what went wrong for you and your Mum and maybe been given the chance to try and resolve your issues. Unfortunately, you have also commented anonymously, so I have little chance of finding out who you are. I respect your decision to register elsewhere but regret that we could not work through your issues together. I wish you and your family all the best.

In spite of there website and this one advertising for new patients they are not don't bother to fill in any forms they are wasting our time

Excellent medical centre been registered since 2006 never had a problem. Receptionists are for me very friendly and helpful so the people putting them down probably rude first. I've never had issues. The doctors have always taken Time to sort out any problems I've had latest being trapped nerve in shoulder, Showed physio to help ease the pain. For me very professional practice.

I’ve moved from another surgery as could never get an apt. So far, my whole family have had no problems getting apts when needed, they have 3 emergency apt times for patients to call in through the day The drs have time for you and the reception staff are helpful So glad we moved as not all doctors are rubbish!
