Impossible to get an appointment. Receptionists think they are doctors and refuse to make an appointment at all. They left me 11 weeks without having seen my GP (and no money) and told me to go to A&E instead of seeing the doctor. Had to refuse any details except my name and address and they used the fact it was an "emergency appointment" as some kind of threat. I have no idea what my GP looks like as this was a telephone appointment. If they can't give appointments, scrap them and have a walk in clinic where we can actually see a doctor. I'd rate them as zero but that's too high! I've had no correct painkillers for 3 years and was told to take paracetamol.... For hyper mobility and potential fibromyalgia.

Spent an hour on hold this morning to be told "we don't have any appointments, try again after 10" to then be given one an had it cancelled straight away. I've been seeking help for a chest infection since July and I get nothing but messed around by this practise. They're absolutely ridiculous an don't seem to care to help at all for anyone.

Impossible to book an appointment. Waiting an hour on a call and still no answer. Practise staff is appalling and unresponsive.

Absoliut joke. Full time working person can't see doctors. There is no vhance to get throught telephone. taking day off to book same day appointment - and then comiing to them no appointments available or "Your problem not classified as urgent" advising trying to come next day to get appoinent for a 3d day... Today is Friday. receptionist quote " next available open window for appointments will open on Monday 10 a. m. to get appointments for Tuesday". not a first time like this. been trying to see somebody for a long time. no phone appointments, no face to face consultation.
