   As a concerned mother, I am finding the information given & care for my daughter to be exemplary. The staff are so friendly & "human" on the phone. By which I mean they have a lovely welcoming and professional manner. I have come across other NHS authorities who are "starchy" & unapproachable. I would say this is Sheffield, The Civilized North!
