   I cannot contact you on your phone number - it rings unanswered. I have been waiting nearly a year for a care coordinator. I’m also trying to rearrange an appt that I’m too unwell to attend. I’m the interim I get sporadic and infrequent welfare calls from people who I’ve never met and who don’t know me. Including from someone who was clearly driving at the time. I have been waiting nearly the same amount of time for a psychologist to review my notes (without seeing me) to advise what sort of therapy might be appropriate so I can seek that privately. Thee is no indication that such a thing might ever be available through yourselves. I understand the system is strained, I understand that there is no magic bullet, but communication and compassion are the foundations of care. And they’re both totally absent. I’ll write to you to ask you to rearrange my appt. And hope I get a response to that.
