    I have been referred to and have used the nurses service of the Treatment Room over many years. I did not realise until my recent visit that it was possible to submit a review/comment regarding this service or I would have done so years ago. The service and professional treatment provided by every nurse who has given me the latter support has always been outstanding and as far as I am concerned, faultless. The expertise, consideration and treatment provide to me has always been excellent and I have been treated by a wide variety of the nursing staff. They all deserve considerable praise and credit for the job they do.

    I attended this surgery as i needed a blood test, i chose Hunter street as they offered appointments the next day, i got there and went to the reception desk, and there was a gentleman in front of me and his appointment was after mine, he was given a ticket and told to sit down, i looked at the amount of people waiting and there was quite a lot waiting for saying i was about the 5th appointment slot that morning, i was then given a ticket to wait, the nurses then came and called out the numbers .. the person whose appointment time was after mine, went in before me, so im not sure what the point is of having to book the appointments through the online system, when in actual fact its a first come first seen system

    I attended on Tue 29.11.22 around noon for a 12:20 appointment and was seen immediately. I've included these details because we're not allowed to mention identifying characteristics of the staff. Several blood tests were needed today. I have had problems since childhood with hidden veins which have often made blood-taking difficult, but when I explained this to the nurse she was reassuring and the samples were taken with no difficulty.
