saw doctor twice in just over 2 weeks, at walk in dept, receptionist and doctors service was excellent and the premises were immaculate. Was not kept hanging around and also have the facility to book.

Went for an x-ray today,having not been here since last year.The hospital was as clean and tidy as always,staff polite,friendly and helpful.X-ray department was excellent,lovely man doing the x-ray,and so quick and efficient.Well done to all at Sheppey,you make it almost a pleasure to be unwell,certainly always a pleasure to visit you.

I had a fall and a nasty shin injury which was treated in the Minor Injuries unit. I was treated speedily with kindness and ‘repaired’ skilfully before being referred to Sittingbourne hospital for an X-ray. Follow up treatment was equally good. The hospital staff on duty were welcoming and reassuring at all times and the whole atmosphere was calm and felt well-run. This is my second experience of being treated at Sheppey Community Hospital in the last few years and both times I’ve been impressed. Well done everyone.

From the very kind and helpful receptionist to the professional and courteous nurse and then the funny efficient pharmacy staff this was an excellent service…..faultless

Had to call 111 regarding ongoing concerns about my father in his 90s. Doctor phoned me and listened to the concerns. Agreed to see my father in the middle of the night and took great care with diagnosing the whole picture of what was going on and prescribed something to hopefully get us on right track. Extremely grateful and felt the doctor in particular went above and beyond here, which is rare, thank you very much, we’re lucky to have caring doctors and this hospital.
